I was reflecting recently as the ergonomic Z chair celebrated its first anniversary since its launch in Bristol.
My first thought was how time flies, but as a local Bristol Osteopath, I'm immensely proud to be able to help people sit more healthily with the ergonomic Z chair.
The Z chair concept has taken a few years to develop. Using my bio-mechanical knowledge and my colleagues at Sit Straight Ltd, we have brought everyone in Bristol and beyond a better, healthier way to sit.
If you are new to the Z chair then here’s the scoop:
-The Z chair is a new chair that promotes great posture and helps improve spinal health
-It helps you sit better in a comfortable, natural and effortless way
-Its unique, ergonomically angled seat promotes better posture
-Perfect for the office, for home-working and everyday living
-Sustainable, super low carbon footprint
-Accessibly priced and a quality UK-manufactured product
I'm so pleased that so many people have chosen to improve their sitting and to improve their health by making a change to the Z chair.
We are slowly infiltrating offices and home working stations throughout the UK and abroad. We have now sold to customers in Europe and the USA.
What's satisfying is that we are getting wonderful feedback from new users.
What I hear regularly is “I will never go back to my old chair now I’ve experienced the Z chair”.
We are also getting support and endorsement from osteopaths and other medical practitioners, further bolstering our mission to improve back health and posture.
Back pain is in epidemic proportions, costing the UK economy £10 billion per year.
It is estimated that 8/10 of us will face back pain and spinal ill health at some point in our lives.
I hope that Z chair will soon reach many more people who want and need to sit more healthily.
My mantra, and that of my team at Sit Straight Ltd is, to sit better and move more for healthier living.
